On-Line Learning

If you are interested in learning more about kriya, pranayama, meditation, yogic philosophy and more, this is a great resource from our Sattva Yoga Ohana in Rishikesh, India.  Members are able to access Live Stream sessions with Anand Mehrotra and other master teachers.

We were honored to be a part of the creation of these incredible resources which we highly recommend to those interested in evidence-based information about the therapeutic applications fo yoga and meditation, especially with regard to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and other trauma-related conditions.
