About the Event
In this 45 minute session Jamie and Susan will guide you in the practice of pranayama (breathwork), kriya, meditation, mantra, mudra, somatic movement, yoga nidra and more. Each session will have a different focus and is designed to empower you with powerful techniques to enhance your well-being.
After each class, you may use the studio space until 12:30 for your own personal (unguided) practice or adjourn to the lobby or courtyard to talk story with us in order to gain a deeper understanding about the wisdom behind the practices shared. Feel free to bring your own lunch to enjoy during the talk story time.
This practice is mostly done from a seated position. You may sit on the floor or a chair. We encourage you to bring your own meditation cushion or whatever props will allow you to sit comfortably.
